Founder and president, Lin He, foreseeing the upcoming housing bubble, studied foreclosure in 2004, and quit his job to start his career in real estate investing in 2008 at the onset of the Great Recession. Since then, Lin has purchased hundreds of distressed properties and mortgages as a successful real estate investor.

Over the years, Lin has found that one of the biggest challenges in investing is to find well-qualified construction contractors who are professional and cost-effective. To meet this challenge, Lin went out to get his own general contractor’s license and build a design-build construction team.
